Today we focus on a topic that holds all of us back in some way. That is, our limiting beliefs.
Limiting beliefs constrain us and often are general beliefs about ourselves, others and the world.
For example, have you ever believed one of the following?
– I am too old or young to make that kind of money.
– That team is so much better than us.
– I am terrible at technology.
– This town is so behind the times.
These are all examples of limiting beliefs.
In the video, I discuss a few reasons we experience limiting beliefs and a 3-step process to reduce them.
Work to break down those limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Replace the limiting belief with a more productive belief. Then, start acting like the new belief. (Watch the video to learn more about what I mean).
