How to Be Less Self-Critical.

I’ve been working to be less critical of myself.

I have found that being self-critical doesn’t allow me to follow my passions and show up as my best self when I am speaking, writing, working with clients, or spending time with my family.

I have a feeling you know what I am talking about because we all experience self-criticism.

The thing is is that being self-critical negatively impacts our courage, confidence, motivation, and excitement for our goals and our future. Self-criticism does not help us perform to our potential.  

So, I decide to put together this a short video to share with you the strategies I have been using to reduce my self-criticism in the hopes it would help you.
