Alan was awarded the CSP by the National Speakers Association (NSA), an award given to the top 5% of all speakers nationwide. In 2003, he was awarded the CPAE (Council of Peers Award for Excellence) Speaker Hall of Fame, a designation that less than 1% of the NSA speakers hold.
